Having vision problems?

Question:
I have a problem focusing so everything is blurry. Also, I can't see too well at night. I don't have any insurance or money for glasses or contacts. Is there something I can do that can improve my vision without going to the eye doctor?

Answers:
I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and i can tell you that there is no way the problem can be corrected without specialist help. You may have glaucoma or a cataract or you may just have bad eyesight which may only require glasses. Do you suffer from headaches or dizzy spells if so see your doctor at once.If you leave it it will get worse and may be to late for a cure.

Try to find a free clinic-don't let this problem get worse.

I am presently trying to improve my vision by doing eye exercises. I started this week. You can follow my progress at my blog - http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/. On the blog I explain why I chose to use eye exercises as a way of improving my vision.

All the Best,
