In general I think one is usually just slightly larger than the other and one is usually hanging lower than the other. It should not be a huge difference, if it is, you should consult your doctor immediately.

don't worry. It's actually pretty common. Most guys have one larger testicle. Usually it is not really noticable. It's kinda like having one leg longer than the other or one hand larger than the other. It happens in the womb, when your testicle develop. Chill out, you are normal.
