dude, you can't just reduce one specific area on your body. if you do something, its effects will be all over. ever seen a fat person with tight abs?run 5kms a day and i guarantee in 3 months you will have NO FAT under your thighs. or if you can manage to get into a swim suit (don't be ashamed) then swim 3kms EVERyday and i guarantee you will have no fat on your thighs.
but i doubt you'll do any of this (because you are asking a a question which has an obvious answer) so i guess you'll have fat thighs for the rest of your life unless you starve yourself to death, or you actually take up my advice by walking/running 5kms EVERYday.
