Evil Thighs! Shrink! How?

How can I get my thighs to shrink at least 4 inches? Lindsey Lohan did it, My Friend anna lost 5inches! Why can I? What am i doing wrong?

i really dont know how to shrink thighs lol but you can stop eating trans fat if you do that. just read the nutrition labels

Well walking, running and so on. No thigh cream will melt 5 inches off , you need to work. 1 hour 4-5 times a week on a cardio machine or kick boxing. It doesn't happen overnight. Hard work.

EXERCISE (WALKING IS A GREAT AND ENJOYABLE WAY TO DO IT) AND EATING RIGHT! Don't believe in those creams or other gimmics, because that is all they are: TRICKS to make you spend you money and believe in something that doesn't work!

When I was a teenager I had such a fat bum, I hated it. It was the 90s and high-rise jeans were in fashion and they made me feel so fat. Your body type can go i and out of fashion, but when you realise that there is always somebody out there who goes for your type, and you learn to love your body and look after it, and you realise the importance of health over dieting, that's when you become truly sexy.

Well, I hope you're not aiming at stick thin thighs because you'll suffer for it.
To tone your thighs try lying down, and doing the "scissor" excercise. You can also work out while washing up, or doing your housework.
To do the hips, swing them from side to side, place your hands on your hips and gently swing.
The best thing for ridding of cellulite is water. Cut out dairy products as the fat from it will instantly go to the fatty pockets like the inner thigh, butt and hips.
Another is, get on all fours and lay your forearm on the floor before you so your hands are out sraight in front of you. Take your leg backwards, like back kick, and hold for ten seconds. Repeat ten times and do on other leg. Do not arch the back inwards or you'll get a back ache. When done pull your back up to create a "hunch", and hold for a few seconds it'll help prevent pulling back muscles (which like any excercise done wrong can cause injury)..so really
go join a gym club, even two classes will give you an idea.

there is no exercise you can do to decrease the size of your inner thighs. working those muscles out will make them increase in size. you have to combine a healthy nutritious diet with exercise. don't believe in 'spot' reducing, doesn't happen. we are all different and will lose weight in our bodies in different ways and amounts. the only sure way i can think of to do it would be liposuction, i don't know of any celeb who hasn't been cosmetically altered. your friend Anna maybe doing something that could harm her later on, or maybe that's just the way her body works..

Don't believe anything any star does. Even if it's real, they are on expensive drugs, have personal trainers, have home gyms better than any you could join and they work out 8 hours a day to get like that. And have plastic surgery.
How big are your thighs? Do they REALLY look bad or are you just on a comparison thing?
I've been working out in a pool and I'll tell you, my thighs have firmed up a LOT. Try some water aerobics.
