how to loose a few pounds?

well of course on sign would be they look thinner like in the face as well as body. they would start to look sick and tired after a few days and they probably wouldn't touch food. and they would be really pale.

How do I get rid of thi hiccups?

Excessive/Obsessive thoughts about weight, self-image issues - not seeing the true YOU in the mirror - but seeing someone 'much fatter' than you really are.. excessive exercising and binging before you 'start purging'.. PLEASE don't go down this path. your body must last you a long time and treat it right.
