Ovarian Cyst?
Question:
Answers:
a cyst on an Ovary is not common but it is possible if you are talking about the condition polycystic ovarian syndrome, that has nothing to do with childbirth ..
Either way, if it is a true cyst they will try to 'shrink it' and if they can't they will remove it.
It doesn't mean that you would not be able to have further children etc.. it depends on your case/ovary.
Either way don't worry, they are not that uncommon and you'll be ok :)

what does that mean
Ovarian cysts can occur at any time.particularly during childbearing years so, no, it is not unusual to develop them post child birth.
Most women get cysts on their ovaries every month. They appear and then rupture without(us) even knowing it. Personally, though, I have problems with my left ovary that have only gotten worse after I had my two boys. My gyno said she would never fit me for an IUD. It would only make "things" more painful for me. SO.. I would definitely consult with your doctor. Ask for an internal ultrasound. Are your periods heavier than before?
It is not unheard of, it does happen and the older a woman is the more likely she is to develop them, the IUD does not reach to the ovaries so it is unlikely that the device caused them.
no, it is not unheard of. Happenend to me.
