Do Not cut down on all carbs if your planning on keeping your weight down. exercise at work by standing up for atleast half of your day. play with your kids if you have any or go shopping with your friends. (for men take to bass pro shop or a childs sports game where they will have to stand up and cheer on the kids or help the coaches) volunteer your time once a month or more because you will have a commitment and will have to go do something instead of just sit around. at your job ask people if they need anything copied(youll have to go around then copy while STANDING UP AND MOVING) and will cut down calories. have hot sex, either with yourself or a partner, this will use about 50-300 calories and is fun:) try new possitions and make your partner and you more inlove. this may also lead the way to walks in the morning or evening with your partner(cutting down calories and brining you closer together making you happier so you wont eat as much) at holidays sit infront of the china cabnit with the mirror in back(youll be less likely to eat as much if your watching yourself) Garden(help keep you active and less self concious if your worrying about that instead of your self and helthy fresh foods with out perservatives that will keep you helthy.) keep junkfood in your house but make weekly changes as in only eat one bowl of fritos instead of taking the whole bag with you. only eat two oreos with every glass of milk. Good luck! this will keep you in fit in the long run but may take a few weeks to start seeing results. Low carb diets only take the carbs away till your first piece of bread then you gain 5 lbs off the one piece and gives you nasty breath. Your body just needs more nutrients instead of fat.
