exercise a bit and that will make you feel better. I promise you.

try a heating pad, drink lots of water, stay away from salty food(can make you bloat) and take a midol or aleve to help with the cramps

hello
sorry to hear you are feeling a little bad

Are you using too big of tampons?

Exersize, it works for me! lol

You should go to the Emergency Room.you could have toxic shock syndrome!

It can be deadly!

Have you eaten? Try something light but good for you like a bowl of yoghurt, some fruit and cheese or an omelet. Bananas help with cramps because they are high in potassium, try to eat one every day from about three days before your period until it's over.
Celestial Seasonings "Tension Tamer" tea helps a lot, too.

Your body might be zapped of it's iron supply - some women with heavy periods suffer from iron deficiency. Try lying down with a heating pad for your cramps, and try upping your iron intake. Iron can be found in red meat, broccoli, egg yolks, spinach, and raisins, for example. You also might consider taking a multi-vitamin or iron pills.

For dizziness and light headedness try eating healthy (low to no sugars and salt) and regularly approximately 4-6 small meals a day. This will help keep your strength up and alleviate some of your symptoms. For your bad cramping try a position of comfort in conjuction with a hot water bottle places between the bellybutton and tip of your pelvis. There is also an accupressure point used to alleviate cramps. It is located three finger widths below and in line with your bellybutton. Once you have located the spot, just add a little pressure and hold it for about 30-90 seconds. You should feel an alleviation in your cramps. Hope this helps.
