To answer you the best I can.
1) All women have a normal scent when they have a period, I am guessing that you are stating this has changed now, and it is different. If that is the case, please see your OB-GYN to discover if you have some type of infection. Not to worry, they see things much worse than you would ever present with. If you are that concerned, do it anonymously at your local health department.
2) If you have had a normal cycle and this has changed recently and the days are off - meaning you used to start between 28-32 days and the last few months it has been getting longer, then again, I would be seen to see if there is something else going on. Is there a change in how hard you are bleeding?
3) YES, you CAN get pregnant after a Tubal Ligation.. it is not common but that does not mean it does not happen! It can be reversed as well. My own Mom had hers reversed and her tubes were cauterized (burned), and she had corrective surgery and while only one ovary - fallopian tube worked again, she had 2 more children.
I believe that this is considered an "elective" surgery and would therefore not be covered by insurance of any kind. The insurance companies cover the Tubal Ligation because, finanically it is in their best financial future to do so.. if you stop having kids, no more maternity care and delivery, infant care and kids to carry on the policy. To reverse costs them for the procedure AND future pregnancies and therefore kids. Sad but very very true.

Umm.the blood and etc from your period is not supposed to have such a powerful odor.maybe you should change your pad/tampon more often. It's normal, periods aren't exact. They're supposed to be around 28 days apart from each other.
There's a slight possibility in getting pregnant after you get your tubes tied, VERY slight though. The procedure cant be undone but it's difficult and will cost thousands upon thousands of dollars and pregnancy is not guaranteed afterwards.

i dont know about the smell, but its normal for it to come in different dates and no you cant get pregnant after the tubes being tied. you cant untie them either, especially if you had them tied so long. dont worry the date thing is normal, it happenss to me too.Does anyone know anything about Epilepsy?
You could have a vaginal or uterine problem. See a doctor. If you're sexually active, it could be an STD. But really, a doctor should check to have an accurate diagnosis. It is normal to have an unpredictable cycle. Very few women have their period every 28 days. It can vary a few days either way and still be normal. And yes, you can get pregnant with tied tubes, but only if they come undone or sperm somehow gets into the abdominal cavity. But chances are extremely rare. Check with your county government in the phone book and look for health services. Often there are public clinics that are low-cost. Or ask at Planned Parenthood or a local women's health clinic. Many are on a sliding scale. Why cant i go to the bathroom?#2?
1. It should not smell rotten. See a doctor if it's a concern or gets worse. do you notice any discharge between your period?2. Yes, it's pretty normal. It's not always going to be 28 days apart- but you should have your own normal- which might be every 30-32 days. It shouldn't vary by more than 4-5 days each month.
3. Pregnancy after a tubal ligation is very rare, but possible. You are at a great risk for a ectopic pregnancy though so see a doctor immediately if you suspect you are pregnant. Yes, a tubal ligation can be reversed. You would need surgery for it though so it can't be done in a medical office. I am not sure if medicaid would pay for it-- I don't know that many private insurances cover it either so it's unlikely it would be free.

1. Yes, each woman's cycle is likely to have a "scent". IT is important to maintain good personal hygiene during this time, as the blood that flows out is potential breeding ground for bacteria.2. Cycle length varies from person to person. It is best for you to track the start time of yours over several months, and then notice if there is a normal pattern. The time between cycle-starts can be anywhere from 20 to 35 days. Once you establish what is normal for your body, then you can note if there are any exceptions. If this is your first time, wait about 6 months before trying to establish a pattern, since hormone levels are still undergoing adjustments.
3. Tied tubes don't result in pregnancy - contact your doctor if you are observing abnormal symptoms.
4. Untying tubes myst be performed by a physician.
