can you have CHD and not have high blood pressure?

how do I get a good night sleep? how can you cure sleepless nights?

Answers:
What is CHD?? Congestive heart disease? If so, you don't need high blood pressure to have it. You could have a floppy heart valve, for example, that doesn't close well enough. In other words, a heart murmur can be a factor in CHD even if you don't have high blood pressure.

CHD is often due to long-standing hypertension that causes the left ventricle to thicken and work ineffectively. However, it is not the only cause.

In pediatrics, CHD can be due to congenital heart lesions like ventricular septal defects and aortic stenosis. CHD can also be due to infections of the heart (myocarditis - usually viral), or other congenital defects of the myocardium (cardiomyopathies)

All of the conditions listed above cause the heart to work ineffectively, but it would not cause hypertension. When they have an exacerbation, they can ofter have HYPOtension
