Is there any negative effect of using stomach fat burners (by injection in stomach) ?

Question: The one i am using doesnt perform action on the gland that is located in the kidneys . it works as a massive heat stimulator for the fats which causes them to burn and disappear !

It's a good question, unfortunatly the answer may not be known for serveral years, like many other drugs that were approved then removed fron the market.
