I need to lose 10 lbs. in one week. How can i do it? What is the fastest way?

The most mechanical way to lose weight to expend more calories than you consume, so first diet hardcore, 5 small meals a day with mostly protein, vegetables, and fruits. also i would take some type of thermogenic weight loss pill, they will help boost your losses at first. then also, dont do any lifting but, do a lot of cardio (running, biking, jump rope.) to lose weight healthily you should only lose 2 pounds a week, so go at your own risk, work out 2 or 3 times a day and eat 5 very little very healty meals a day.
