Hello. Dont be stressed. You are extremely too blessed too be stressed. If you feel bad, get on your knees and Pray to JESUS. I promise you that you will feel better. Do that now. GO find you a quiet place.Meditate and pray to JESUS and watch how much better you feel. I have been where you are and when i go to JESUS, He helps my life so much. Be blessed!!
a nice, warm, bubble bath with bath salts, bath oil, and a good amount of ginger (it smells good, relaxes you, and help your blood flow). Then, trink some hot tea or hot chocolate. Just relax and get to bed somewhat early, so your not cranky in the morning.

This has happened to me before, and I get stressed out. I do this, and it helps ALOT.
exercise usually helps eliminate depression.
Also, please change your regular routine. If you are doing the same things over and over we tend to fall into a day to day routine, that causes a great deal of depression.
Really changing something, purposely, will make you much more likely to be happy.
Yoga and meditation do help a lot! Find a class near you, if you prefer you can go to few private classes at first. Phoenix rising yoga therapy is excellent, there are instructors everywhere in the USA and in Europe too.
Going out for a walk or a run is very good too, I went this evening and it was great.
