i have lost my 6-7 kgs of weight in last 8 months..i am living alone away from home.can't eat two times a day..what should i do and what changes should i bring to my diet.which things i should eat to increase my weight..please help me out

Here's some tips:

Drink a lot of water daily. more than 7 glasses

Eat more protein
Grains like pasta, and bread, oatmeal, etc.

Eat peanuts as a snack

Drink diet shacks like Ensure or Nutriment with your meal.(so it's like eat 2 meals)

Lastly, exercise!
Muscle is heavier than fat, so put on muscle and stay away from fat burning cardio workouts.

Bulk up on your "good" proteins. Soy is not always the answer. Rice products, wheat if you can eat it, carbs will help. You didn't say if you are "vegan". Peanut butter will help, as will gluten products. There are some excellent veggie dogs by "Loma Linda", they come in a can so they aren't as dry as the other veggie dogs. Also, Boca Burgers are good. Eat many small meals throughout the day, graze.
I didn't see that you can only eat once a day- ok, so make a big pot of lentil/barley soup with cut up veggie dogs in there. I don't know why you can only eat once a day- you don't expect to gain weight that way? But is it is a matter of money, this is a cheap way to cook! Pots of beans for proteins, lentils, peas, all these are high in carbs and proteins. Good luck.

Do you have access to high-fat foods like nuts or avocados? What about adding olive oil? Those will give you the fat you need.

I can't possibly imagine why you can't eat 2 or 3 meals a day but eating only a single meal is going to make it tough for you to consume enough calories to thrive. Best Wishes.

beside supplements , d best natural way is , eatin boiled potatoes mixed wid curd, n dont forget to have a big glass of banana milkshake!! if u eat Eggs , put some eggs in d shake too,u wont like it , but u ll develop d taste!!

First of all, you should see your Doc immediately. Its not normal to lose that much weight so fast. You also have no appetite.

These symptoms are dramatic, get your blood checked asap.

My wife is going through that right now.

She can't handle full meals, so her Doc told her to snack all day.

Cashew nuts.
Protein supplement drinks
Nestle Ice cream cones.
Ice cream (your favorite kind)
All kinds of chocolate bars.

You really should forget the vegetarian thing until your weight gets back to normal.

My wife just had a half sausage on a bun.
