Sometimes, I have the same problem. Could be that you're depressed. You think? Could you afford to see a doctor about that? Might be a first step. Good luck to you, my friend.
Sounds like depression. See a doctor and/or a counsellor.
when im feeling unmotivated i think about this woman i saw on discover channel who had no legs but yet had such a good attitude and spirit about life. if she can do all the things that she's done w/ out her legs then who am i to complain and be lazy.
its okay to feel lazy sometimes but depression.thats a bit to haste.
MOTIVATION COMES FROM GOALS AND OVERALL BELIEFS. I SUGGEST YOU TO WORK ON YOURSELF AND FIND OUT WHY YOU DONT WANT ANYTHING, DEPRESSION IS OBVOUS BUT NO DOCTOR HAS A CURE. YOU HAVE TO CURE YOURSELF. MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU ENJOY AND WANT TO ACHIEVE, THATS A START. GO TO GYM AND FIND A HOBBY YOU ENJOY, IF YOU WOULD DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY IN LIFE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM.GOOD LUCK!
Try creating a motivation system, for instance: Create goals and rewards for yourself and stick to it, even better if you can get a family member to help. If your into computer games then you could allow yourself a set amount of time playing for completing goals like going to school etc. They dont have to be hard to achieve goals just creating a routine and structure to your days is all you need.
It sounds like you may be suffering from depression. Check with your doctor. He/she may want to put you on a LOW dose antidepressant.
Have anything happened lately that has caused you alot of stress? A move, sickness in the family, a breakup? Sometimes negative life events can trigger a temporary depression. See a doctor so that it doesn't get chronic.
That sounds like me..I wish someone would make me get up and do things. I try everyday to at least walk around the block a few times, but I have to make myself. So Im telling you right now.Go for a walk..Get off the PC, go for that walk, then you can get back on.NOW..You just need to start exercising, then you will have more energy and motivation. Its helping me.
Set yourself achievable tasks for each day. take it slowly, one task a day then one morning and one in the afternoon etc. Begin with small tasks like reading just a page of a book you like or going for a walk. Walking is good for you as it helps stimulate the chemicals in the brain that make you feel good. If you prefer go on your bike or skateboard. All exercise is benificial.
It is good if you have a friend as doing things together helps as if you do not turn up you will disapoint someone, and yourself. You can also offer to do little jobs around the house or run errands. perhaps an older neighbour needs shopping or gardening doing. Start with small achievable tasks, better to do a little well that not finish a big task. Also talk to a friend if you can, they may have similar problems. Try not to feel alone, we all have problems but generally not good about communicating them to others.

personal experience with self and friends with motivation and other problems.
do a reward system with your self.. like if you do your math homeword, then you go do something or eat something you want.. but you have to actually do it, not cheat..
i had the same problem when i was in school so what i did was i made a list of things that where something i wanted to do the next day and i would also make a list of things that i had to do so i could get to the things i wanted to do. sometimes its hard to follow throght with so another thing to do is get someone how will help you get throught the list like a bestfriend or brother or sister.until you can do it on yhour own without talking yourself out of doing what is on your list
