Would someone who really knows about this answer, please. thx

Answers:
Maybe you should check more often. I check 3-4 times a day, hypoglycemia can be dangerous. Questions to ask yourself/doctor. Are you really low? Do you feel bad when low?
If you are low try have a juice drink, that will bring your BG up.

Low blood glucose or hypoglycemia is defined as a blood glucose level of 70 mg/dl or less. Although uncomfortable, the body has mechanisms to release glucose in the event that levels dip too low.

However, insulin or certain types of diabetes pills can push glucose levels abnormally low which can lead to unconsciousness or accidents if not recognized and treated promptly. As a result of this danger, some meters may prompt you to more closely evaluate readings less than 80 mg/dl.

Other Answers:
u must organise your meals as 3 basic meals and snacks among them

It seems that you are diabetic patient ,decrease in glucose level at noon is a result of high level of metformine in your blood if youtake it at morning after that the level will start decline as a result of its metabolism by your body activities

As in diabetic I was told to eat a sensible something (and not starches) every two hours instead of 3 huge meals to try to balance the sugar. BUT I was checking my sugars 7 times a day not just once. I was told to drink oj when my sugar was low BUT this may as well shoot your sugars high so it does not work for everyone. You have to find the balance of that noon sugar. Perhaps a 10 am snack will level the noon reading.

Please Check with your doctor.
