How to run on a field for a 6 laps?

For excerising.not sprinting.just NORMAL running.
give me some tips :P

its a mile and a half so do pace yourself between 10-15 minutes if you are jogging

Pace yourself, if you're just running normally. Also, remember to stretch becore you start running. Otherwise, you might sprain something.
get a nice steady pace and breathe at a constant rate.
make a course in the field. run it for 45 minuets or until you get too tired to go on. change the course often to keep things interesting. keep good form, it is vary important to stride out and pick up your knees.
