I don't know very many plant foods that are HIGHLY rich in calcium, but these have a good amount:

Dark green leafy veggies
veggie juices
nuts & seeds
seaweeds
oranges

However, soy milk and other non-dairy milks are highly rich in calcium because they add vitamins and minerals including calcium, B12, etc. Also, remember that calcium does your body absolutely no good if you don't have about the same amount of magnesium with it!

everyday we need 1000 mg of calcium ,and unfortunately our bodies can't absorb all of calcium in these food.
