Try some neosporin and a bandaid

If the bite mark just happened: Put ice on it to prevent swelling, if there is no open cuts put vicks vapor rub, it will sooth the area and it will prevent bruising.

If it is scabbed: Put neosporin or another antibiotic ointment on it to prevent scaring.

If it is a scar already: Buy liquid Vitamin E or buy the capsules(stick a toothpick in one end to get the liquid out) and put the Vitamin E on the scar three times daily to reduce it.

Try Mederma for Kids, you can find it at Long's/Rite-Aid/Target/Safeway or from your pharmacist.

Try removing the other childs teeth. then only will be gum marks.

Just my opinion.

Neosporin would probably work just fine. HOWEVER, keep a close eye on the bite as the human mouth contains a crap load of bacteria which can cause serious infection in a bite wound. If you notice ANY signs of infection you should take your child to the doctor as it could get really bad if not treated. Staph, strep, treponemes, and many others are common residents of the mouth. In fact many states actually regard the mouth as a deadly weapon b/c the infections that can occur can be deadly.
