symptoms of tendonitus?
Question:
i am a swimmer i swim two hours a day on a team and just yesterday had a slight pain in my arm and i think it could be tendonitus what could i do for it and should i go to practice today
Answers:
You would have to be more specific to describe exactly where the pain is in your arm. Here are some general signs and symptoms of tendinitis that may be near the joint that is aggravated by movement:
Pain
Tenderness
Mild swelling, in some cases
With this condition, the pain is usually worse during and after activity, and the tendon and joint area can become stiffer the following day.
You should seek the guidance of an athletic or physical therapist if the condition persists.
