I have the same problem as you, I'm using Clinique's Acne Solutions Body Treatment Spray. It's perfect coz it's a spray so you don't have to perform acrobatic moves to apply the treatment and it contains salicylic acid which is great for acne treatment.

If not, the cheaper solution would be to apply talcum powder often to keep your back dry.

Try it! I'm on my way to a clearer back.

dab alcohol on a cotton ball and apply 3 times a week for a month, then just keep it clean, free from perspiration, try frag. free laundry detergent also.could also be the cause of irritation

Back acne may also be caused by shampoo/conditioner residue when you rinse your hair. After rinsing your hair of shampoo/conditioner, make sure you rinse you back THOROUGHLY as well.

I use Brevoxyl-8 wash which is by prescription and it works great
