Are there any cold/flu/strep medicines that don't affect you mentally?

I am taking the SATs in a few days and I feel awful but cannot take any medicines which would affect my thinking.
Over the counter medicines are what I am speaking of.

A steph throat requires antiobiotics, they won't affect you mentally.
Cold/flu medicines are very varied, it depends on what is bothering you the most. Many OTC medicines don't cause drawsiness, just read the labels, and be sure to buy the one specially made for your sympthoms.
