What can I do to stop looking like c**p?

My lifestyle hasnt been that bad. 29 and have big dark circles under my eyes. No matter if I get 'a good nights sleep' they're still there! A sun tan hides them but short of cosmetic surgery what else can I do to get rid of/ hide them?
