Is it right that i should feel pain in any muscle trained?
Question:
let's say i trained my upper legs on monday. I must give the muscles at least one day rest, right? Sometimes i don't feel pain in that specific muscle trained during the rest day. Is it an indication that it's not growing?

No

Pain is a way of the body to tell you that something could be wrong,or that you have over worked a particular section of the body,I would consult a doctor or a trainer to see if you have done either,or if you have injured that body part.
Just let it rest for at least 30 minutes then keep on going.
