ok well i am always sick and always stressed what should i do?? please i dont like it?

Do you think there is something in your environment - at work or home - that may be a contributing factor? Does your life involve a lot of noise or even strife? Do you think your food may be affecting you? Some people are affected adversely when they eat potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Certain people do not 'tolerate'some foods and it may surface as pain,or seen in the face etc.. Writing is one way of tracking stress and even relieving it. Going for walks(physical fitness/health activity?)or engaging in other interests/hobbies like crocheting, gardening, sewing, playing music or a musical instrument may help. Sometimes people are bored and may need to change a routine or do something good for themselves or other people (at a hospital,nursing home,orphanage,youth group) etc. Nobody really enjoys sickness and stress. Fish poisoning got me to wake up and look at life in a different way.It is too long to share here so I am writing my insights as an article on a website.

You may be making yourself sick with all of the stress. It can cause phsyical sickness. You have to find a way to manage all of the stress in your life. Go see a therapist about it. They can give you skills to help you cope with it all. While you are waiting for your appointment, see what things you can cut out of your life--are you over scheduling yourself? Trying to be Superwoman? No one is, no matter what you see on Tv or read in magazines! If you are always stressed and sick you are doing WAY too much! I suspect a control or micromanagement issue. Let some of it go. Make it a priority to NOT do some things! Give it a whirl. Most important--MAKE TIME FOR YOU AND YOU ALONE! Schedule it in every day. You need it!
I would go to a shrink or ask your primary doctor for a med that will help you relax and maybe realize that your problems are not as bad as they seem
close your eye and take a deep breath with a positive thingking.
