Answers:
I know they can now give transfusions of the fector that he is missing, to help clotting. Also, I'm sure they can give him blood transfusions that can help. The link gives more info.

not likely. check out the national organization for rare diseases at www.rarediseases.org and look up hemophilia. All they can really do is give him clotting meds.
