Example: In college I had friends that took "Xenadrine" or "Hydroxicut" before and during pre-season, because they came back to soccer activity with some extra weight from vacation,. and believe me. they give you GAS!! BODY GAS!! I had one of those friends as a roommate!! Ahhhhhh!! Even worst if you have gastritis!!
