The formulations are written out on the labels usually, check there as they vary and most formulations are questionable at best. The herbs etc contained within are great and work well but they will not make you slim on their own as most of these formulations claim, you must do the work. With that in mind, save your money and get some sound dietary advice from a Nutritionist or Naturopath and go from there, much cheaper and better for you.
