Help me I tried ro-accutane it didnt work??

I have already tried ro-accutane (accutane) for my acne for 6 months not much happened what do i do my doctors dont know ****

Washing your face in the shower every morning w/mild soap,using only mild hair products,and otherwise leaving your face alone will usually clear it up and keep it that way

Go buy a juicer & juice carrots daily. The beta carotene in the carrot juice will help keep your pores from sticking, & clear up your skin.
Poor diet does not cause acne. (If it was that easy, no one would have it.) Ask your doctor for Retin A, and minocyclin. That was the only thing that worked for me. Good luck!
