your body might not be getting enough rest in certain positions have you ever heard of sleep apenia loss of breath whewn sleeping. do you snore, do wake up often in the middle of the night, try sleeping on your side with a pillow behind your back might help you sleep better. i wouldnt take an over the counter sleep aid i would ask my doc first.

the same thing happens to me to, I heard that the less sleep you get the longer you live so take it as a good thing
