Talking from experience (i have knee and joint pain for about 13years). Nothing works as well as CM Response. I have tried pretty much everything else but never got much relief. I have been on this product for about 6 months now and i have no more painful joints and my knee only bothers me once in a while (less than once a week). I started to feel results around 2 to 3 weeks after starting with the product but the topical cream gave me some pretty good relief initially.
