If I go to United blood service and do the whole blood donation. How much blood they'll take away from my body??

There are just a little more than 16 ounces (500 ml) in 1 Unit of blood. This represents about 10-12 per cent of the amount of blood in an adult, and the body quickly adjusts to the loss.
