Question:
I am 5'2" and i weigh about 110. I want to lose about 10-15 vanity pounds. I have a reason for it and it isnt just so i can be thinner. What are the best ways to go about this? I really hate the fact of having to start excersizing or watching my eating habits. Does anyone know the secret to this?

If you drop 15 pounds that will put you at 95 pounds and that doesn't seem too healthy for your height. If its not to be thinner..I can't imagine what it would be for. Hopefully your not doing it for somebody else. If you are happy with your body.I say stay where you are at. I'm sure you look great!! Good luck.

This is a personal experience forget excercising and food habits. But it would take time. You cand do this by controlling you the way breath. You should take frequent but short breaths until you think that you have lost some weight. Try atleast 6 weeks or so. Beware don't let your belly bulge the way you are doing right now.
