is there a proper way to roll up or scrunch the sleeves up on a long sleeved dress shirt?

My husband usually just rolls it up by the size of the cuff and stops at the elbow, you can scrunch it a little from there. I don't think there is a set way.

i don't think so. i just usually just roll mine up regular, no one ever says that it's a fashion don't to me when i do, so, i'm sure it's fine.
Just roll them up to right below the elbow--don't just scrunch them up
