What is the best dieting / weight loss software?

I am trying to lose weight, and I think I do best when I can keep track of everything (calories, fat intake, excercises, etc.). Does anyone know of any programs or software that can help?

Check out this site. There is a windows program for helping with weight loss listed on here. http://www.weight-losshelp.com if you look under the Weight Loss Products page. (Pretty sure that's the page) but that software is pretty good stuff.
