lay flat on the bed on your back. bend your knees like you are doing sit ups. Reach up to put your hands on your knees. Dont hold onto your knees, just rest your hands on them. hold this position for as long as you can. do this a couple of times. should be easy because you are already in bed. may help you get to sleep after you are tired.
