Typically doctors proscribe anti-dizziness pills or water pills for those spells. I occasionally have them and know they are NOT pleasant. What works best for me is water, believe it or not. When I feel an episode coming on I drink about 32 ounces of water. That gets rid of most attacks. Cheap medicine!
