i've been experiencing intense abdominal pains and it gets wore after eating spicy food or after i undergo stress.

Could be an ulcer. You really need to talk to your doctor asap. If it's a bleeding ulcer, you have real problems. It it's something related to acid reflux - heartburn you could be tearing up your eusophogus. Go to the doctor.
