Honestly, you will not find even a satisfactory motorized treadmill for less than $150 (if it's new). If you do, there is a good chance of extremely cheap manufacturing which will only lead to breakdown within a few months (that is if you use it weekly). If you have a very tight budget try and find a higher quality used treadmill that's a few years old. You're likely to get a much better bang for your buck.
From experience, spending any less than $300-$400 on a treadmill is just not worth it.
