how much should you tip a hair stylist who owns her own booth?
Question:
Answers:
Keep in mind, your stylist is not only renting her booth, but is responsible for all of her supplies, product, and much of the time, furniture. As long as she is doing what you ask, and is open & honest when consulting with you, she should be tipped at least 18%.
Other Answers:
I just always tip 18-20% no matter what. If you tip her good and you go back to get your hair done, she will make sure to hook you up.
15 to 25%
