do you mean LiCHEN PLANUS? hope you add more detail :) if you meant lichen planus, it's the thickening of the skin area of which you have been scratching. Initially it itches, and you scratch vigorously. when you scratch, the itching worsens and you scratch some more. skin turns leathery. Is this what you are referring to? treatment would be to stop scratching, take anti-pruritic medications and apply steroids to the area.
