Try over the counter acne medications for pimples, or talk to your doctor about prescribing you an oral medications(I.e. Minocycline).

Im not so sure about scars though, I do have a few myself I would like to get rid of.

Keep your face clean with something like a facial scrub-St. Ives, nuetragena, noxzema. For a moisturiser try Shea Butter or coca butter, they will help heal discoloration caused by pimples.

pimples are of two kinds one occurs due to excess of oil in skin and another due to allergy and contact a nearby dermatologist if u can and if not keep ur face clean keep cleaning for every 3or4hours
ane small ayurvedic advice -keep turmeric for an hour and wash it do it two times a week for two weeks u will free of pimples
