chamomile tea helps sometimes if you're nauseous. As would mint and / or ginger. If it's heartburn, forget the mint and go for lots of water. Stop drinking coffee and tea and other acidy things and try not to eat right before bed. Watch your grease intake - fast food'll make you ill.
