Is weightlessness related to liver damage?
Question:
I'm just wondering if weightlessness is related to liver damage. I was reading something that gave me the impression that it was, but can't find anything to back it up. Can anyone help? Please provide sources. Thanks!
Answers:
Lack of oxygen can lead to liver damage. As well as smoking. Things like having too much protein lead to kidney damage. And eating too much sugar can throw off your insulin levels and lead to pancreatic damage.
