Answers:
I'm assuming your a female since this is women's health. Hormonal or dietary changes and stress are the most common causes of thinning hair, at least at your age. Have you been or are you pregnant? Pregnancy causes significant changes in hair growth and shedding. Birth control can also change chemicals in the body. The good news is at your age the hair should grow back after it falls out. If you start getting bald spots, you should see a doctor about it.
