how do you calculate weight watchers activity points?
Question:
Want to know how many minutes of cardiocascular excercise calculates into one point. Thx.
Answers:
It's kind of complicated, and it depends on how much you weigh (the more you weigh, the more energy you have to expend moving yourself), and the intensity of the exercise. The best way to figure it out is to use the activity calculator, which you usually get in week 3 of WW.
Other Answers:
It depends on the exericise. If you belong to WW on line, they have an exact calculator. I think the range roughly starts at about a half an hour of intense exercise for a point, give or take; but I might be way off. WW tells you exactly what exercise, for how long, and to what intensity for so many points. It's worth it to join on line.
