Did anyone who was taking Concerta experience extreme nausea?

I just started taking Concerta a little more than a week ago, and today was my day to up the dosage from 1 pill to 2. I have been having these waves of nausea off and on all day. Anyone else experience this, and if so how long did it take to go away? Did anything help to calm this?

i took concerta (methylphenidate XR) in large quantities for a while actually for my ADHD.ive been on just about everything in that class of drugs for ADHD and i do remember experiencing some negative side effects.nausea being one of them.i never had this problem with the tablet form (ritalin) or adderall (tabs or caps).unfortunately i didnt take concerta long enough to tell you how long it takes before that goes away.all i can tell you is to try and eat balanced meals the best you can.it might be hard sometimes because concerta/ritalin is a stimulant which suppresses appetite.but you will feel better.

i took concerta for a while, i nver had nausea, but if it is that bad, i suggest you consult your doctor, and probably switch medications. i am currently taking medidate. i take this for ADD. it has workied the same for me, ask your doctor.
