Why would a health insurance company deny new coverage to someone because of past infertility treatment?
Question:
Answers:
It is a pre-existing problem. They can deny you coverage because you know you have a problem with fertility and they don't want you to use their benefits, so they won't have to pay for the treatment.
Alot of insurance will not cover infertility treatment.
I would call the company directly and ask them why you had been denied coverage.
Other Answers:
If you have seen a Dr at all in the past 5 years half of them deny coverage.
