Try Benedryl sinus and allergy pills. They work for me and don't make me drowsy.Also,try a cold compress over eyes.Sinuses are swollen when they hurt so cold can reduce the swelling and discomfort.

i swear by advil sinus. I also use a nehti pot - available at the local health food store. Whatever you do, it won't cure it completely, but it will take the edge off. Also, drinking tons of water helps.
