How can I rid of the redness on my nose?

If you have it and it's sunburn or something, cover it with liquid face makeup, powder or concealer. To prevent it, use a sunscreen. If it's from alcohol (but I don't think you're old enough for that), don't drink. And if it persists, see a doctor (could be a number of common things).
